Front Entrance

This is our front entry, there is a double hall closet for jackets and shoes , as well as a 2nd closet that holds the hot water tank and extra storage for the vacuum and cleaning products.

Bonus Room

This is our bonus room, we use it for a kids play room/TV room. It is approx 12ft x 12ft. Could be a fourth bedroom or a great room for a home based business as it has its own entrance. There is the downstairs bathroom that is also with in this room as well as a 4ft x 6ft laundry space.

We are still in the process of mudding and painting this room out. This is the only room in the house that has carpet.

Living Room

The living room is approx 14 ft x 21 ft, has vaulted ceilings with wood beams that add character and charm. You can see up to the second level which has an open and spacious feeling. There is a wood burning fire place with a double mantle. A fish tank Library wall with loads of hidden storage. The stairs going up to the second level have a tiled rise and a berber carpet on the run.

Kitchen and Dining room

Kitchen and Dining room have recieved extensive renos. new solid wood cabinets with slam free mechanisms. Mostly drawers for cabinet access ease. Heated tile floor throughout kitchen, undercounter lighting, pot filler tap, deep granite sink, granite counter tops, 5ft granite island, mondern hood range, all new appliances, cook top, wall oven with self clean and convection, built in dishwasher, french door fridge with ice maker and water dispenser.

Pot filler to dispense cold water for filling your pots.....no more heavy lifting! I LOVE this and will definitely install one of these in my new home!! As well as the big sink! I've had the two sinks, the big small sink, the one sink and NOTHING compares to this one!! Its big enough to put a large roasting pan or small cookie sheet flat, its deep to hold or hide anything!!

All cabinets are solid wood construction, have slam free doors and drawers, mostly drawers for access ease, no more bending over and digging around in the cupboard moving stuff around to get at what you want. Just pull out and take it!

Upstairs Hallway and Landing

The upstairs landing over looks into the down stairs living room. There is laminate flooring throughout the entire upper level except in the washroom areas. We have built in desks to house our his and her offices. It also has a built in book shelve above the work space. Makes an excellent study area or crafting area. Natural light from the skylight floods this whole upper area. One of my favorite spots in the house.

Bathroom

Down stairs washroom. Located with in the bonus room. New vanity sink unit, white toilet and vinyl tile floor. Painted a rusty red colour.
